Trust treated as a design problem.

The category
Credit repair is a low-trust category. The customer often arrives stressed, skeptical and overloaded with conflicting information, while much of the market relies on aggressive sales tactics, dated presentation and exaggerated promises.
That makes credibility part of the product. If the experience feels confusing or questionable before someone even starts, the service has already lost them.
The response
CLEARLINE was designed in the opposite direction: restrained presentation, direct explanations, visible next steps and a consistent experience from the first page through the client portal.
The customer journey
The experience was designed as one continuous system instead of a website handing the customer off to a disconnected service process.

Website & conversion
The public experience is organized around the questions that block a decision: what the service does, how the process works, what the customer needs, what happens next and how to start. The goal is comprehension before conversion.
Homepage structure, landing pages, forms, calls to action and quote presentation all use the same visual and messaging system so the experience stays coherent while the customer moves deeper into the funnel.
Intake & onboarding
The intake process has to collect sensitive and complicated information without making the customer feel lost. CLEARLINE supports multiple ways to get the credit data needed for review, including report uploads, report-access workflows and raw bureau access where appropriate.
Account creation, consent, report collection, scores and follow-up steps are staged so the customer always knows what is being requested and why.
The client portal
Once someone becomes a client, the interface changes from selling the service to explaining the service. Current status, documents, messages, updates, payments and next actions are given clear hierarchy so the client can understand where the case stands without needing to ask.
The operating system
The project goes beyond the public website. Client intake, case management, documents, messaging, payments and administrative workflows are designed as one connected operating system behind the service.
That is what makes the project useful as a design case study: brand, conversion, service design and software all have to support the same customer experience.
The result
CLEARLINE CREDIT is a cleaner, more credible interpretation of a category that often struggles with both. The project shows how brand, UX, conversion and service design can work together to make a difficult financial-service experience feel easier to understand and trust.
